html2design (the "Service") is a Chrome extension and Figma plugin that captures web pages and converts them into editable Figma designs. The Service offers a free plan (5 conversions per month) and a paid subscription plan, Pro ($9 per month, unlimited conversions).
무료 플랜은 계정 없이 사용할 수 있습니다. Pro 구독의 구매·이용에는 Google 계정 로그인(OAuth)이 필요하며, 구독은 로그인한 Google 계정에 귀속됩니다. 계정 공유를 통한 조직적 다중 사용은 금지됩니다.
The free plan can be used without an account. Purchasing and using a Pro subscription requires signing in with a Google account (OAuth), and the subscription is tied to that Google account. Sharing an account for systematic multi-user access is prohibited.
서비스를 역설계·재판매하거나, 쿼터 제한을 기술적으로 우회하거나, 타인의 권리(저작권 포함)를 침해하는 콘텐츠 캡처에 사용하는 것을 금지합니다. 캡처한 웹페이지의 콘텐츠에 대한 권리와 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.
You may not reverse-engineer or resell the Service, circumvent quota limits by technical means, or use it to capture content that infringes the rights of others, including copyright. Rights to and responsibility for the content of any page you capture rest with you.
서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 변환 결과의 정확성·완전성을 보증하지 않으며, 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 서비스 이용으로 발생한 간접·부수적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 어떠한 경우에도 총 책임은 최근 3개월간 사용자가 지불한 금액을 초과하지 않습니다.
The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of conversion results and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, accept no liability for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid over the preceding three months.
약관이 변경되면 이 페이지에 게시하며, 중요한 변경은 서비스 내에 공지합니다. 변경 후 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
If these terms change we will post the update on this page, and significant changes will be announced within the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
