If this is your first Pro subscription, request a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.
구독 갱신 결제는 원칙적으로 환불되지 않습니다. 다만 갱신 직후 서비스를 사용하지 않았거나 기술적 문제로 서비스를 이용할 수 없었던 경우, 갱신일로부터 7일 이내에 문의해 주시면 검토 후 환불해 드립니다. 원치 않는 갱신을 막으려면 갱신일 이전에 언제든 해지할 수 있습니다.
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. However, if you did not use the Service after a renewal, or a technical problem prevented you from using it, contact us within 7 days of the renewal date and we will review and refund it. To avoid an unwanted renewal you can cancel at any time before the renewal date.
결제 영수증(Paddle 발송 이메일)의 링크를 통하거나, doscmdev@gmail.com 로 결제 이메일 주소와 함께 요청해 주세요. 환불은 결제 처리사인 Paddle 을 통해 원 결제 수단으로 처리되며, 보통 5~10 영업일이 걸립니다.
Use the link in your payment receipt (the email sent by Paddle), or email doscmdev@gmail.com with the address you paid with. Refunds are processed through our payment processor Paddle back to your original payment method, and usually take 5–10 business days.
